Instructional Facilities Governance Reporting 2015 Timeline

Approximate dates listed below
Report compiled on yearly basis

  • August 24 – Classes Open
  • August 25 – Notification email sent to departments to review fall course offerings in MAUI Course Planner with established deadline date
    • By September 3 departments must complete any in accurate or missing section details affecting their departmental utilization figures.  This includes review of all “ARR” sections
  • September 3 @ 5:00 pm – Last day for departments to update section data in MAUI 
    • Any section left as “ARR” or incomplete will not be counted nor reported to the Board of Regents for utilization purposes after the deadline
  • September 4 - (Census Date) – Revised workflow slips must be approved by 10:45 pm in Classroom Scheduling
  • September 5 – Astra Census data pulled in a.m.
  • September 8 – October 1 – Process utilization data from Astra Schedule
  • October 2 – Utilization figures due to Jeri King for Board of Regents reporting
