Report compiled on yearly basis
- August 24 – Classes Open
- August 25 – Notification email sent to departments to review fall course offerings in MAUI Course Planner with established deadline date
- By September 3 departments must complete any in accurate or missing section details affecting their departmental utilization figures. This includes review of all “ARR” sections
- September 3 @ 5:00 pm – Last day for departments to update section data in MAUI
- Any section left as “ARR” or incomplete will not be counted nor reported to the Board of Regents for utilization purposes after the deadline
- September 4 - (Census Date) – Revised workflow slips must be approved by 10:45 pm in Classroom Scheduling
- September 5 – Astra Census data pulled in a.m.
- September 8 – October 1 – Process utilization data from Astra Schedule
- October 2 – Utilization figures due to Jeri King for Board of Regents reporting
