Transcripts & Verifications
Information on how to obtain transcripts for University of Iowa and defunct colleges students. Degree verifications and enrollment verifications for loan deferments, health insurance, good student auto insurance, and more.
MAUI Support (reg-maui-support)
Assists faculty and staff with processes in MAUI under the registrar tab, including administrative registration, section offerings, grades, and more.
Grades
Assists faculty and staff with managing and submitting attendance, midterm, and final grades.
UI FERPA
The FERPA team provides assistance with FERPA regulations/guidelines, training, and IRB approval for all campus partners.
MAUI and National Student Clearinghouse Access
MAUI Access staff grants permissions to MAUI for faculty, staff, and university affiliates while upholding FERPA regulations to protect student record information.

Degree Services is the unit that oversees degree applications, confirms students have satisfied all degree requirements, and confers degrees and awards.

Classroom Scheduling
Classroom Scheduling manages and schedules the central pool of University Classrooms throughout campus. This includes coordination of classrooms for schedule of courses, special academic events, and general maintenance and upkeep.
Exam Scheduling
Exam Scheduling creates and publishes the final exam schedule according to university policies to minimize student conflict. They also assist departments in scheduling evening midterm examinations.
