Catalog Workflow Tutorial

The CourseLeaf workflow process begins when a workflow initiator reviews and edits a page, and then starts the page in workflow. Once submitted, the proposal enters the departmental review stage, where designated reviewers evaluate the edits for accuracy, alignment with departmental goals, and compliance with academic standards. If required, upon departmental approval, the page advances to the collegiate level reviewers. Once all approvals are secured, the edits are reviewed by the General Catalog team prior to publication.

Editing Landing Pages

Editing a landing page in the General Catalog involves reviewing administrators and information on the Overview tab and Finances and Resources if these tabs are present. Please contact the General Catalog team to update information on the Programs and Courses tabs. Initiators begin the process by accessing the catalog management system and proposing edits to ensure content accuracy. Once submitted, the proposed changes enter the CourseLeaf workflow process outlined above.
