Got Questions?

Effective curriculum management plays a key role in student success and the Office of the Registrar's Curriculum Management Team is here to help!

Academic programs revise their curriculum and record those changes in the General Catalog, which drives updates to degree audits and sample plans. We understand that you only work with this process once a year, so we are here to support you.

To make this process easier, our team began offering optional virtual office hours in November 2025. These sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on any of the components that make up the curriculum management system at the University of Iowa, including Academic Organization, Programs of Study, Course Library, General Catalog, Degree Audit, and Sample Plans.

Virtual Office Hours

Scheduled office hours have ended for the 2026–27 General Catalog cycle. We will offer more opportunities beginning in September 2026. If you would like to meet with us in the meantime, please reach out to the Registrar Academic Structure or submit a Registrar Services/MAUI Training request.
