The Office of the Registrar is currently seeking enthusiastic members of the University community to assist with the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences commencement ceremonies. We saw them enter the University of Iowa through OnIowa! Now we have the wonderful opportunity to assist them one more time as they take the stage to graduate. This is a great occasion to support future Hawkeye Alumni and celebrate the successes of our student body!
If you wish to participate, please fill out the participation workflow form (link below). This form will allow you to indicate your preferences on ceremonies and tasks. Your preferences will be considered when scheduling. If you have extenuating circumstances or special accommodations that may prevent you from being at a specific ceremony or performing a particular task, please include that information in the "Additional Comments" fields provided. Also, If you know of anyone 18 years or older that would like to participate, please pass the link along. We would really appreciate you sharing this email with your office if you feel comfortable doing so.
We request assistance at the following ceremonies:
- Undergraduate Ceremony: Saturday, May 14th at 9:00 am- Participation is from approximately 7:45 am-9:20 am. This ceremony celebrates students from the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences and University College.
- Undergraduate Ceremony: Saturday, May 14th at 1:00 pm- Participation is from approximately 11:45 am -1:20 pm.

Spring 2016 Commencement Ceremony Lists by Department and Major
There will be an instructional meeting the week of commencement, so please look for more information to come later. Parking passes (for free parking in lot 46 by Carver-Hawkeye Arena during volunteering shifts) will be provided during this meeting.
