SUBJECT: International Diploma Delivery Option - Fed Ex

You are receiving this email because you have been identified as a ${sessionName} degree candidate with an international diploma mailing address on your degree application on ISIS.

Diplomas will be mailed to successful graduates approximately 8-weeks after graduation. We will not release your diploma if you have a past due balance on your Ubill.

We will mail your diploma to you using USPS First Class Mail International unless you choose to use Fed Ex delivery. (We are unable to initiate DHL Services to you.)

Fed Ex:
Graduates may elect to have their diploma shipped using Fed Ex International Priority which will allow for delivery, typically, in 3 business days, after diplomas have been printed and processed for Fed Ex, approximately 8 weeks after graduation.Please make sure Fed Ex can deliver to the address you provide, as once we've processed your diploma for Fed Ex delivery, we will charge your Ubill for the Fed Ex fees. If the diploma is returned to us, you will be charged the Fed Ex shipping fees and the return fees as well. Follow this link to obtain Fed Ex rates and transit times

First Class Mail International
If you do not choose to use Fed Ex shipping, your diploma will be mailed to the Diploma Mailing Address you provided on your degree application is ISIS, using First-Class Mail International. If your diploma is mailed to you using First-Class Mail International service it can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at its destination and there is NO TRACKING NUMBER available to locate the diploma once it’s been mailed .

If you’d like to select Fed Ex mailing option, please reply to this email, using your Hawkmail email account only, no later than ${responseDate}.

In your email you must request Fed Ex shipping of your diploma and accept the charges which will be charged to your Ubill. (“I would like to request Fed Ex shipping for my diploma and agree to pay the Fed Ex fees that will be charged to my Ubill.”)

Please include:

  • your student ID number
  • the address where your diploma is to be mailed, (which should be the same as your diploma mailing address in ISIS)
  • an additional email address other than your Hawkmail where we can send your tracking number once your diploma has been processed for Fed Ex mailing
  • your international phone number where Fed Ex can contact you if necessary
