You are receiving this email because you may be eligible to apply for degree. If you plan to graduate this session, you must submit a degree application. Before submission, please meet with your academic advisor to ensure all degree requirements and coursework will be completed by the end of the semester.
To apply, log into MyUI; under the Student Information heading, click on the Degree Application icon. Please ensure you are choosing the correct session: the session in which all of your degree requirements will be met. Click start and complete the application checking the box next to the appropriate programs of study. Please ensure all mailing information is correct, and click apply.
You will be asked to complete a survey with your degree application. After successful submission of both the survey and application, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen and an email will be sent to your UI email account.
Applications for Fall 2016 are due Friday, September 30, 2016
Applications for Spring 2017 are due Friday, February 24, 2017
Remember, it is your responsibility to apply for degree. There are no fees associated with applying for degree, however; there are late fees for those applications submitted after the deadline date.
