Commencement Dates

Commencement ceremonies for December 2008, scheduled to be held at Hancher Auditorium, are being rescheduled due to June 2008 flooding. 

December 2008

Saturday, December 20, 2008 - College of Liberal Arts, Tippie College of Business, and College of Nursing (9:00 a.m. at Carver Hawkeye Arena)

TBA - College of Engineering

Saturday, December 20, 2008 - Graduate College (2:00 p.m. Carver Hawkeye Arena)

 

Commencement ceremonies for May 2009, scheduled to be held at Hancher Auditorium, are being rescheduled due to June 2008 flooding.  It is anticipated that they will still take place the same weekend as previously scheduled, May 14th - May 17th.  The Dentistry ceremony will be held June 5th.  Please check back for updated information.  We will post dates, times, and locations of ceremonies as soon as that information becomes available and is definite.  Thank you for your patience!.
