Standard Final Examination Schedule (Single Section) Minimize
Single-section is defined as a course in which all students are assembled in the same place at the same time during the week. For example, 016:001 has many discussion sections, but it is a single-section course because the course has a common meeting time for the lecture.

The following table shows the days and times of the single-section final examination periods. The day and time entries designate the first regular weekly meeting time of the single-sectioned courses whose examinations are to be held in that examination time period. Schedules for daytime* classes meeting for the first time on Monday apply also to classes meeting for the first time on Wednesday or Friday. Schedules for Tuesday daytime* classes apply to classes meeting for the first time on Thursday. Classes meeting at a time other than on the half-hour are tested with classes of the preceding half hour. For example, 8:05 a.m. classes are tested at the same time as the 7:30 a.m. classes.

Combined Final Examination Schedule (Multi-Section) Minimize
Multi-sectioned courses are defined as courses which do not have a common meeting time. Multi-sectioned courses without a common lecture time and which are not listed in this table are treated as single-sectioned courses with each section giving a separate test. Courses that have a single lecture will test according to the meeting time of the lecture. If you cannot find your course in the table, please visit the page for single-section final exam schedules.

  Final Examination Schedule Grid Minimize
The final examination schedule grid shows the days and times of the 30 final examination periods and are numbered in chronological order. Each exam period is two hours in duration and has a course day meeting time(s) or "MULTI" assigned to it. The day of the week and time entries designate the regular meeting start time of those courses which will test as a standard single sections and "MULTI" indicates exam periods in which designated combined multi-sectioned courses will be assigned. Since more course meeting times exist than there are exam periods, it has resulted in some exam periods having more than one course meeting time assigned to it. These exam period are called "conflict exam periods." As a result, colleges, departments and students must pay special attention to those courses which fall into these periods in order to avoid potential problems. See the Final Exam Policies for further information regarding conflicts.
